Miley Cyrus wants to play the young Carrie Bradshaw in the tween version of Sex in the City. Ah, excuse me, most loyal fans would expect the youngster to have SOME KIND OF RESEMBLANCE to Sarah Jessica Parker. While Miley might have the following & wants to do it, I think that is a mistake. My vote is for Ashley Tisdale BUT, unfortunately, by the time the movie is made, both girls might be a bit too old for the parts. We will see Ashley soon in the semi-finale of High School Musical 3 Senior Year. She does good looking young but for how long? Maybe we should see, after all Ellen Page pulled off being 16 in Juno. If you do want a souvinier of the younger Ashley, check out this singing doll from the original HSM Bop to the Top (yea, thats one of the songs getting beaten to death at every junior high, little kid dance competition, etc)

Dakota Fanning and/or Abigail Breslin are both good choices for Miranda Hobbs ( Cynthia Nixon) and both are young enough to pull it off in a couple of years.
